Greg has worked as a music educator, workshop leader and conductor with organisations including BBC, VOCES8 Foundation, National Schools Singing Programme, London Chamber Orchestra, Rock Choir, UK Soul Choirs, Voices Foundation, National Youth Choir, British Film Institute, and Disney Theatrical Group with which he leads sessions for Disney West End Workshops and Disney Musicals in Schools Programme. Most recently, he has worked with London Symphony Orchestra directing a musical theatre and pop project with its LSO Discovery Choirs at LSO St Luke’s. Greg is also in demand as a choir coach and adjudicator and has worked with students of all ages and abilities from primary school singing days to masterclasses with university chamber choirs and adult community choruses around the world. He has collaborated with numerous choirs in the US including San Francisco Boys Chorus, Chicago Children's Choir, and University of New Mexico Chamber Choir, and has worked with thousands of students to prepare them for performances at various music festivals across the globe including many concerts around Europe, ChoirFest Middle East in Dubai & Abu Dhabi, and Michigan State Choral Festival with which he worked with 150 elementary, middle school, and high school choirs across the US. Alongside this, Greg is co-founder of Merryweather Theatre, a London-based arts collective with which he writes, develops and performs folk musicals for children in schools and theatres around the UK.

Greg is passionate about making high quality music-making rewarding, accessible and available to all through singing. Since 2011, he has enjoyed working on the music staff of National Youth Choir including projects as Assistant Conductor, Workshop Leader, and Section Coach. Further afield, he has worked on a number of projects across France and Belgium including Festival de la Vézère, Association Sing'In, and Orchestre National d’Auvergne with which he has conducted a series of interactive concerts for children.
